ADVANCER GLOBAL FACILITY PTE. LTD. is looking for a client-facing associate to assist on MDW hiring inquiries and address after-sales issues. You will help in screening and interviewing MDWs, and perform related administrative and training tasks tied to placements.

The role requires strong communication, weekend work flexibility, and willingness to be involved in documentation with MOM. Entry to the industry is welcomed with sponsorship for CEI-related training.

Qualifications

• CEI is advantageous and welcomed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous customer-facing or service-industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with customers on MDWs hiring inquiries and post- sale issues.
• Facilitate the selection and interview process for MDWs.
• Perform administrative and training duties related to MDW placement.
• Ensure all required documents are processed with MOM.
• Handle other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Descriptions

Assist with customers on MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.

Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.

Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.

Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.

To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Those with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be advantageous. Candidates without CEI but is keen to enter the industry is welcomed.(We will sponsor the course fee and exam fees)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.
• Able to work on weekends , with days off according to the duty roster.
