Harmony Employment Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated coordinator to manage the full domestic helper placement cycle, ensuring MOM compliance and delivering excellent client and helper support.

The role requires CEI (KAH / Basic) certification, at least 2 years in maid placement, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work independently, handle day-to-day operations, and use basic MS Office tools to prepare documents and communications.

Qualifications

• CEI (KAH / Basic) certification is mandatory.
• At least 2 years in a maid employment agency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Positive and passionate attitude.
