Job summary

Able Best Employment Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding suitable domestic helpers while delivering excellent service throughout the placement process. You will engage with employers via calls, chats, walk-ins and online platforms, understand requirements, and coordinate interviews with helpers.

Training and support will be provided to help you succeed, with a clear path for career progression in a growing maid agency environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, insurance, or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Maid agency experience is a bonus but not required.
• CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic helpers
• Arrange interviews between employers and helpers
• Follow up with customers throughout the selection and placement process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth processing and deployment
• Achieve individual sales and service targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities

Job Summary

Able Best Employment Agency is looking for a proactive and positive Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding suitable domestic helpers while delivering excellent customer service throughout the placement process.

Whether you have previous maid agency experience or come from a customer service or sales background, training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Other Information

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 (depending on experience)
• Attractive tiered commission package per successful placement, potential earnings of $3,000-$6,000 depending on performance
