What You'll Be Doing

• As a Sales Consultant in our Pre-Owned Cars segment, you'll be the trusted advisor who helps customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs. You'll guide them through the entire buying journey-from showroom experience to post-sale support-building lasting relationships along the way.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads.
• Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs through effective KYC (Know Your Customer) conversations.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales
• Class 3 Driving License is required
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars
• Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement
