Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of sales compliance experience in banking.
• Good knowledge of regulations governing investment product sales.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel/Word/PowerPoint; programming skills are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Balanced Scorecard checks for sales representatives, including surveys, document reviews, mystery shopping and FAA complaint assessments.
• Monitor BSC results, identify recurring errors and root causes, and follow up on remediation.
• Train new hires on the BSC framework and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigations.
• Independently review customer complaints relating to investment sales.
• Keep audit checks updated in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and system changes.
• Drive automation of independent sales audit workflows using RPA, system automation and AI.
