Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a 1-year contract role focused on sales compliance within the banking sector. You will conduct BSC checks for sales reps, monitor results, and remediate issues while training new hires and guiding supervisors on investigations.

You will independently review complaints on investment sales, keep audits updated with regulatory changes, and push for automation using RPA and AI. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of sales compliance experience in banking.
• Good knowledge of regulations governing investment product sales.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel/Word/PowerPoint; programming skills are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
