Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract role based in Singapore to manage MAS BSC checks for sales representatives and ensure compliance with the Bank's policies. The position includes monitoring results, remediation, training new hires, and guiding supervisors on investigations.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years in sales compliance within banking, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years of sales compliance experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Perform MAS BSC checks for sales representatives and the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Monitor the BSC results, identify root causes of significant lapses and common errors, and pursue remediation.
• Conduct training on BSC Framework for new hires, and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigation.
• Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.
• Keep checks current with developments in the regulatory environment and the internal processes and systems.
• Automate independent sales audit workflow by leveraging on RPA, system automation and AI.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform checks and fulfil all relevant requirements under the MAS Balanced Scorecard Framework (such as client surveys, document checks, mystery shops, FAA complaints assessment) for sales representatives and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor the BSC results, identify root causes of significant lapses and common errors, and pursue remediation.
• Conduct training on BSC Framework for new hires, and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigation.
• Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.
• Keep checks current with developments in the regulatory environment and the internal processes and systems.

Salary: Up to $5000

Period: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location:Raffles Place, with relocation to Punggol in Q2 2027

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum of 3 years of sales compliance experience in the banking sector.
• Good level of knowledge of the regulations governing the sale of investment products to retail customers (egs. Financial Advisory Act, MAS Guidelines on Fair Dealing).
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
