Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Business Development & Sales Intern for 6 or 12 months in Singapore. You will support customer acquisition, market research, and commercial activities across multiple industries in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Gain hands-on exposure to RFQ/tender processes, proposal development, and sales forecasting while collaborating with operations, finance, and IT teams. Open to Diploma or Degree candidates with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement and the logistics industry.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers across key industries and maintain a prospective pipeline.
• Conduct initial outreach, appointment setting and follow-ups with leads.
• Support market intelligence, meeting materials, reports and CRM updates.
