Job summary

CH Carolina Herrera in Singapore seeks a sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury fashion environment. You will maintain the client book, replenish stock, and support merchandising while upholding visual standards. You will work toward daily and weekly KPIs and assist with inventory and transactions.

The role requires at least 2 years in fashion retail luxury, a passion for fashion, and strong communication and negotiation abilities to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol.
• Maintain and develop the store Client book (sales after care).
• Replenish products on the sales floor per procedures while respecting visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPIs defined by Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory activities.
• Keep the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures.

• Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPI's as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in order to achieve the store objectives

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
