Job summary

He Xi Enterprise Pte Ltd seeks a Junior Sommelier for our livehouse restaurant at Far East Square. The role focuses on guest wine service, recommending wines based on preferences and food pairings, and building a welcoming wine experience.

You will present, open and pour wines, assist with wine inventory and stock replenishment, and uphold high standards of customer service and presentation. Night shifts, weekends and public holidays are required; wine certification (WSET) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in wine service or a similar F&B role is required.
• Basic wine knowledge and a willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, presentable and good communication skills.
• Wine certification (e.g. WSET) is an added advantage.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Summary – Sommelier (Junior)

We are looking for a well-groomed and enthusiastic Junior Sommelier to join our livehouse restaurant at Far East Square. Candidates should have some prior experience in wine service and basic wine knowledge. Wine certification is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• 5-6 days per week

• Fixed PM shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (including 1-hour break)

• Required to work on weekends and public holidays.

• No foreign workpass for this role
