CHEESEDOTCOM LLP in Singapore is seeking a friendly Retail Staff member to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a fun, positive and healthy working environment where teamwork and good customer experience are valued. 5 days a week roster including Weekdays 11am-8pm, Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10am-7pm with 2 weekends off per month.

Competenze

• Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs.
• Interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Mansioni

• Shop Operations: Open/close, keep shop clean and organized, display products.
• Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers, handle POS, payments, and website/grab orders coordination.
• Stock & Product Management: Prepare, wrap, label cheese, monitor stock and deliveries.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Staff member to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products, we'd love to hear from you.

Offer: S$2,100 - S$2,600

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week based on a roster
• Weekdays: 11am - 8pm
• Saturday: 10am - 8pm
• Sunday: 10am - 7pm
• Entitled to 2 weekends off per month based on the work roster

Job Responsibilities

1. Shop Operations

• Support daily shop operations including opening and closing.
• Ensure the shop and storage areas are clean, organized and customer-ready with all cheese, wine and other products properly stored and displayed.
• Support in-store promotions, events and other marketing activities.

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist walk-in customers with cheese, wine and product recommendations.
• Handle POS, cashiering, payments and daily sales transactions.
• Assist in preparation and collection/delivery coordination for website / grab orders.

3. Stock & Product Management

• Prepare, cut, wrap and label cheese accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, product displays and storage conditions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
• Interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
• Must have completed a Food Hygiene course.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling cash/POS and basic stock management.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
