Collaborate with production, planning, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth operations, respond to inquiries, prepare forecasts and reports, and identify new business opportunities to grow market share.

• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, pricing, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for management review.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development strategies.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding market share.
