Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled professional in Singapore to support sales, troubleshoot projects, and manage engineering initiatives. The role emphasizes steam traps and thermal applications, with strong communication and mobility requirements.

You will partner with the sales team, deliver product demos, and coordinate with suppliers to expand offerings. A diploma or degree in engineering is required, plus a valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

• Valid driving license; owning a vehicle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Sales Support: partner with the sales team to interpret customer requirements and deliver pre-sales and post-sales engineering solutions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: analyze customer challenges, facilitate technical discussions, and provide cost-saving improvements with the Technical Service Unit.
• Presentations & Training: develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for internal teams and external customers.
• Project Management: drive engineering projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget with thorough documentation.
• Supplier & Principal Relations: act as the technical intermediary between customers and suppliers, negotiate with principals and source reliable products.

Must have relevant experience in steam traps and thermal applications
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 hrs

Base Salary: $4,500 – $6,500 / month + Performance Bonus

What You Will Do

• Customer & Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to interpret customer requirements, acting as a trusted consultant to deliver pre-sales and post-sales engineering solutions.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze customer challenges, facilitate technical discussions, and provide workable, cost-saving improvements. Collaborate with the Technical Service Unit to implement these solutions.

• Presentations & Training: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.

• Project Management: Drive engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and comprehensively documented.

• Supplier & Principal Relations: Act as the technical intermediary between customers and suppliers. Negotiate with principals, coordinate joint customer visits, and source new, reliable products to broaden offerings.
