Job summary

Stafflink Services Private Limited in Singapore seeks an engineering professional with steam traps and thermal applications expertise to support the sales team. You will interpret customer requirements, perform technical discussions, and deliver cost-saving engineering solutions.

Responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, training, and driving projects from initiation to completion while coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong working knowledge of steam traps and thermal applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with sales, suppliers and clients.

• Technical Troubleshooting: analyze customer challenges, discuss solutions, and coordinate with Technical Service Unit.
• Presentations & Training: develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical training for internal teams and customers.
• Project Management: manage engineering projects from inception to completion within time and budget.
• Supplier & Principal Relations: act as technical intermediary between customers and suppliers; negotiate with principals and explore new products.

Working Hours:Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 hrs

Base Salary:$4,500 - $6,500 / month + Performance Bonus

What You Will Do

• Customer & Sales Support:Partner with the sales team to interpret customer requirements, acting as a trusted consultant to deliver pre-sales and post-sales engineering solutions.

• Technical Troubleshooting:Analyze customer challenges, facilitate technical discussions, and provide workable, cost-saving improvements. Collaborate with the Technical Service Unit to implement these solutions.

• Presentations & Training:Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.

• Project Management:Drive engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and comprehensively documented.

• Supplier & Principal Relations:Act as the technical intermediary between customers and suppliers. Negotiate with principals, coordinate joint customer visits, and source new, reliable products to broaden offerings.

What You Bring

• Education:Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with the sales team, suppliers, and clients.

• Mobility:A validdriving license is required. Possessing your own vehicle is a strong advantage.
