Working Days:5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary :$4500 - $6500 (Transport allowance + Mobile Reimbursement)
Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
Manage customer expectations and address technical or engineering concerns throughout the sales process.
Develop and recommend practical engineering solutions to address customers' technical and operational challenges.
Work closely with customers' engineering/maintenance teams and the Technical Service Unit to implement solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose alternative solutions where required.
Maintain service quality in accordance with company standards.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations for customers and prospects.
Provide technical and product training to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development of product and marketing materials when required.
Monitor industry trends, market activities and competitor developments to identify opportunities for product improvements or new products.
Source and evaluate reliable local and overseas suppliers.
Communicate and negotiate with principals and suppliers to obtain cost-effective solutions.
Liaise between customers and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and specifications.
Manage engineering projects from initial concept through to completion.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and alternative solutions when issues arise during project execution.
Ensure all project information and documentation are properly maintained in the company database.
Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
Min 3 years in relevant experience in steam trapsand other steam related products like boiler, fluid control systems, etc and experience in thermal audit.
