Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a candidate with a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience in steam traps and related boiler/flow control products. The role requires technical support across sales, engineering solutions, and project management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and supplier coordination.

Salary ranges from SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,500 per month, plus transport allowance and mobile reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Technical Support: work with sales to understand requirements and provide pre/post-sales support.
• Engineering Solutions & Technical Support: develop and implement engineering solutions with customer teams; troubleshoot issues.
• Product Presentation & Training: deliver demonstrations and trainings; assist in marketing materials.
• Product & Supplier Development: monitor trends; evaluate suppliers; liaise to clarify technical requirements.
• Project Management: manage engineering projects from concept to completion; coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales & Customer Technical Support
  Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
  Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
  Manage customer expectations and address technical or engineering concerns throughout the sales process.
• 2. Engineering Solutions & Technical Support
  Develop and recommend practical engineering solutions to address customers' technical and operational challenges.
  Work closely with customers' engineering/maintenance teams and the Technical Service Unit to implement solutions.
  Troubleshoot technical issues and propose alternative solutions where required.
  Maintain service quality in accordance with company standards.
• 3. Product Presentation & Training
  Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations for customers and prospects.
  Provide technical and product training to internal and external stakeholders.
  Support the development of product and marketing materials when required.
• 4. Product & Supplier Development
  Monitor industry trends, market activities and competitor developments to identify opportunities for product improvements or new products.
  Source and evaluate reliable local and overseas suppliers.
  Communicate and negotiate with principals and suppliers to obtain cost-effective solutions.
  Liaise between customers and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and specifications.
• 5. Project Management
  Manage engineering projects from initial concept through to completion.
  Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  Provide technical support and alternative solutions when issues arise during project execution.
  Ensure all project information and documentation are properly maintained in the company database.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
• Min 3 years in relevant experience in steam traps and other steam related products like boiler, fluid control systems, etc and experience in thermal audit.
