Job summary

M&B SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a high-touch Luxury Sales Associate to engage discerning clients, present natural diamonds and bespoke pieces, and convert inquiries into showroom visits.

You will work a 5-day week in the Orchard showroom, with mentorship from industry leaders and opportunities to leverage AI tools for marketing and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or high-touch client service experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a strong advantage.
• Comfort with mobile video editing and luxury brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Luxury client engagement & sales conversion: engage with NHW inquiries on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp; convert leads to showroom appointments and remote sales.
• Social media content & community management: shoot/edit short-form video content; manage calendars; respond to comments and DMs.
• AI & digital workflow innovation: experiment with AI tools to enhance copy, automation, and media workflows for luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Client Engagement & Sales Conversion

Actively engage with incoming high-net-worth inquiries on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp with speed, luxury etiquette, and product expertise.

Convert cold digital leads into private showroom appointments and remote sales.

Host clients at our Singapore showroom, providing an insider-level consultative sales experience for natural diamonds and bespoke design pieces.

Maintain pristine showroom presentation, handle inventory checks, and assist with daily operational setups.

2. Social Media Content & Community Management

Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video and photo content using mobile tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot) aligned with M&B's luxury brand aesthetic.

Manage social media content calendars and maintain disciplined posting schedules.

Drive community interaction by actively tracking and responding to online comments and DMs.

3. AI & Digital Workflow Innovation

Experiment with emerging AI tools (AI copywriting, automation, image/video enhancement workflows) to keep M&B ahead of luxury industry trends.

About You

Sales & Communication

Proven sales or high-touch client service experience. Confident communicating face-to-face and via instant messaging platforms.

Content Skills

Practical mobile video editing skills (CapCut, Canva) with a strong visual eye for luxury visual trends.

Product Interest

Genuine interest in natural diamonds, rare gemstones, and high-end fine jewelry.

Languages

Fluent in English. (Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to support local and international clientele).

Work Schedule

5-day work week. Weekdays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Sundays + 1 Weekday Off.
