About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented sales professional to join UNIDY. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and posting your own social media content to attract working professionals, independently managing your leads, and closing enrollments for our higher education degree programs. You will build your own digital pipeline by leveraging platforms like TikTok and Xiaohongshu to drive real sales conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and post engaging promotional content on TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu to actively build a pipeline of prospective students
• Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle—from responding to DMs and WhatsApp inquiries to negotiating and successfully closing enrollments to hit monthly sales targets
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand the career goals of working adults and confidently advise them on the most suitable degree pathways
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and follow up aggressively with warm leads generated through your own social channels and company marketing efforts

About you

• A proven closer who is deeply motivated by sales targets and performance-based rewards
• Highly self-directed with the ability to shoot, edit, and manage your own social media presence
• Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives in face-to-face consultations, video calls, and text-based negotiations
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to accommodate the schedules of working adult learners
