Job summary

BAEBEAR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is expanding and seeks a proactive marketer to learn the ropes of running an ecommerce business. You will develop and launch campaigns, lead influencer and social media initiatives, and assist with content creation to grow brand awareness and sales.

Based in Woodlands, Singapore, the role is 5.5 days with 8:00–17:00 hours; Saturday mornings optional. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to drive merchandise sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including the selection of KOLs/influencers, content review, and performance reporting to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, and others to boost engagement and community growth.
• Assist in content planning and shooting.
• Manage private community channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups) to build brand loyalty, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Tiktok Ads, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI, to ensure effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.
