Job summary

CORETRM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator for an entry role. You will support lead generation, coordinate demos and maintain records in the CRM, while assisting with marketing collaterals and events.

Applicants should have a Diploma or O-Levels, 1–2 years of admin experience, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates welcome. Reporting to the HR & Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline/O-levels.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience or similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support lead generation, sales and marketing efforts.
• Follow up with requests for sales demos, leads and maintain accurate records of enquiries and communications; coordinate all sales/demo schedules.
• Help maintain and update our CRM system and internal database for sales and marketing efforts.
• Assist with sales and marketing collaterals such as preparing sales materials and PowerPoints.
• Coordinate and support events, career fairs and other promotional activities.
• Liaise with clients, partners, vendors and event organisers when required.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to sales and marketing activities, including travel coordination and travel claims.
• Claim submission and admin duties for office and senior management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. This is an entry role suited for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities and events, conducting basic research and providing administrative support to business development initiatives.

This role reports directly to our HR & Marketing Director.
