Job summary

AMLAB SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Executive to drive growth. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with our laboratory team to tailor testing solutions and quotations.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset, handling inquiries, preparing tenders, and ensuring timely test reports, with a Class 3 driving license. Industries include manufacturing, F&B, environmental, and pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within target industries (e.g., manufacturing, food & beverage, environmental, construction, pharmaceuticals).
• Manage existing customer database and build strong relationships to ensure account retention and repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the lab team to present tailored testing solutions and quotations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new service offerings.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations and tender prices, follow up on invoices, and resolve service issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within target industries (e.g., manufacturing, food & beverage, environmental, construction, pharmaceuticals).


• Manage and maintain Manage existing customer database including building up new customer relationship. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure account retention and encourage repeat business.


• Understand client requirements and collaborate with our technical lab team to present tailored testing solutions and quotations.


• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new potential service offerings.


• Handle client inquiries, Present new business approach to potential customers, prepare quotation and tender price, follow up on invoices/late payments, and resolve any customer service issues promptly, ensure test report lead time is met.


• Some technical knowledge in water, soil and food testing.


• Collection of samples, registration of samples, customer visit, and cold calling.


• Possess positive/can do attitude and a role model.


• Maintain high standards of integrity and discipline in work.


• Required class 3 driving license.
