Job summary

amlab services pte. ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in Singapore. The role targets new opportunities across manufacturing, F&B, environmental, construction, and pharma sectors, with emphasis on developing client relationships and tailoring testing solutions.

You will manage leads, collaborate with our technical lab team, and work toward monthly and annual sales targets, while monitoring market trends and ensuring timely test reports and quotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in food or water commercial testing lab environment.
• Some technical knowledge in water, soil and food testing.
• Holder of a valid Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within target industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, environmental, construction, pharmaceuticals).
• Manage and maintain customer leads and existing database; build strong customer relationships and support retention.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the lab team to present tailored testing solutions and quotations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new service offerings.
• Handle client inquiries, present new business approach, prepare quotations/tender prices, follow up on invoices, and resolve service issues promptly; ensure test report lead times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within target industries (e.g., manufacturing, food & beverage, environmental, construction, pharmaceuticals).

• Require 3 to 5 years working in food or water commercial testing lab environment.
• Possess positive/can do attitude and a role model.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and discipline in work.
