Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience to support patient communications and care plan sales (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients on and off therapy equipment following doctors’ instructions to ensure safe and effective treatment
• Learn to operate various therapy equipment under the guidance of chiropractic and osteopathy doctors
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain therapy instructions and care plans
• Provide verbal and text communication support for patient inquiries and sales of care plans
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care focused on spine health, wellness, and lifestyle coaching
• Demonstrate positive energy and a willingness to learn to contribute effectively to the team
• Achieve proficiency in clinic duties to support expanded responsibilities including sales support
