Job summary

One Spine Chiropractic Singapore is seeking a dedicated clinic assistant to support daily operations at our Clementi outlet. You will help the chiropractor, manage appointments, answer calls and emails, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

This role requires excellent communication in English and Mandarin, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Occasional rotation to Bishan clinic and weekend coverage may be required. We offer short hours, medical benefits, and a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy required.
• Punctual, responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assist the Chiropractor during treatment and rehabilitation.
• Schedule appointments and handle telephone enquiries and emails.
• Manage invoices and payments at the clinic.
• Keep the clinic clean and tidy at all times.
• Participate in corporate events as needed.
• Rotation to Bishan clinic when required to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations at the clinic

• Assist the Chiropractor as they provide chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatment

• Communicate and provide assistance to our patients - Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails

• Management of invoices and payments at the clinic

• Ensure that the clinic is kept clean and tidy at all times

• Participate in corporate events (if required)

• *Rotation to different clinics (other branch in Bishan) when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills

• Work proactively within a team of staff

• Confident and fluent in English and Mandarin

• Computer Literacy is required

• Responsible, dependable, and punctual

• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred

• To work at our Clementi outlet once a week and provide coverage when necessary.

Working hours

5 work days - 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend

Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm, 4.00pm - 8.00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 10.00am - 3.00pm
