Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to drive revenue growth for our clinic's services and products. You will be the first point of contact for clients and tailor recommendations to meet their health goals.

You will build relationships, conduct consultations, ensure excellent service, and work to meet sales targets while supporting HR and GM on operational needs. Expect a fast-paced retail environment with weekend and public holiday hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and repeat business
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable treatments and products
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
• Work closely with the clinic's team to ensure clients receive the best treatment recommendations and advice
• Manage and update the clinic's customer database and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase the clinic's customer base and revenue
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards
• Assist the Manager, HR and GM in operational needs.

Job Scope

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Interest in Spinal health and body maintenance works.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
