Job summary

VIPTEACHER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly, sales‑oriented Enrollment Associate to support families in choosing classes for their children at our enrichment centre. You will handle inquiries, sign-ups and coordination of trial classes.

Work schedule includes Wednesday–Sunday, including Saturdays and Sundays, with two weekdays off. You will collaborate with teachers and marketing to achieve enrollment targets while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales and deliver after-sales service.
• Be the first contact for walk-ins, trial class bookings and inquiries.
• Support new student sign-ups and help parents find the best class fit.
• Maintain relationships with existing parents through updates and follow-ups.
• Coordinate trial classes and monitor enrollment conversion rates.
• Work with teachers on class schedules, progress and feedback.
• Handle centre admin, attendance and daily operations smoothly.

Working Schedule

• Wednesday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekly rest days: Monday and Tuesday
• Candidates must be comfortable working Wednesday through Sunday, including both Saturday and Sunday

Job Responsibilities

• Passion to convert leads into actual sales and deliver first‑class after‑sales service is a must.
• Be the first point of contact for all walk‑ins, trial class bookings, and inquiries.
• Support new student sign‑ups and help parents find the best class fit for their child.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing parents through regular updates and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate trial classes, monitor conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Work closely with teachers to track class schedules, student progress, and customer feedback.
• Handle centre admin matters, attendance, and daily operations smoothly and professionally.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and open houses to drive leads and brand engagement.
• Working experience in an enrichment school environment will be looked upon favourably.
• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking associates).
