Job summary

SCIGATE AUTOMATION (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Application Engineer to deliver pre-sales technical support, after-sales service, and drive sales growth through strong customer relationships.

You will promote automation solutions, coordinate with customers, and expand sales within existing accounts, using English and Mandarin to build lasting partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or technical roles within automation or related fields.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales application support and technical assistance to customers to ensure product suitability and satisfaction
• Deliver after-sales technical backup and support services to resolve customer issues and maintain service quality
• Promote products through tele-marketing, demonstrations, and marketing activities to increase market awareness and sales
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Manage and expand sales within the existing customer base by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
