Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Order Processing and Customer Service professional in Singapore. The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships while leveraging SAP HANA for data insights.

You'll handle inquiries, manage purchase orders, and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Monday to Friday, on-site in the East region, with focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Order Processing & Delivery Arrangement.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
