Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service and order processing specialist in Singapore's East region. The role runs Monday to Friday and involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and coordinating delivery with internal teams. Experience with SAP HANA and order processing is required.

You will input purchase orders, manage sales orders, monitor feedback, and contribute to policy implementation to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Order Processing & Delivery Arrangement.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into the system and manage sales orders.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
