Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd, through its GUUD Singapore base, is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support Finance and Sales Operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales and financial transactions. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

You will coordinate across Operations, Sales and Finance to maintain compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or related field.
• Background in sales support, administration, customer service, or AR roles.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile sales orders, pricing, and posting with ops, finance, and sales.
• Prepare invoices, statements, track payments, and follow up on balances.
• Month-end closing tasks in SAP and revenue reporting.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales reports.
• Coordinate internally between sales, finance, marketing, and logistics.
