GUUD GROUP in Singapore seeks a Sales Admin Executive to support Finance and Sales Operations, processing orders and billing accurately and on time. You will coordinate with Operations, Sales and Finance to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Strong Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM system familiarity are essential. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or related field preferred.
• Background in sales support, administration, customer service, or AR roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Validate and reconcile sales orders and pricing; coordinate with teams for timely processing.
• Prepare invoices, statements of account, track payments and follow up on balances.
• Month-End Closing: ensure accurate recording of payments and invoices.
• Update customer profiles and generate sales forecasts and revenue analysis.
