Job summary

SG5 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Sales Account Officer to support our sales team in the Changi East Region.

This full-time role focuses on nurturing client relationships, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, is fluent in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers, and holds a Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (retail/general).
• Proficiency in MS Office for data management and reporting.
• Mandarin communication skills for interactions with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Singaporean candidates only.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Proactively inform customers about promotions and manage accounts to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Take customer orders, gather market information, and manage credit to ensure financial stability.
• Regular site visits to engage with clients and strengthen relationships.
• Facilitate the delivery of POSM to support marketing efforts.
• Contribute to team success and assist with ad-hoc deliveries during peak periods.
