Job summary

LIMELITE PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across project sites.

You will lead the safety team and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, conducting toolbox talks and site walks with clients and subcontractors. Responsibilities include risk assessments, permit-to-work processes, and PPE inventory management, with a focus on proactive incident response and support for haze and

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent is required.
• Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA.
• Strong knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement HSE policy, programs & procedures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual & management system requirements.
• Lead Safety team in implementing the safety system at project sites.
• Conduct toolbox meetings.
• Perform site safety inspections & attend site walks with client & subcontractors.
• Identify unsafe work practices and recommend control measures.

• To develop & implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy, programs & procedures
• To ensure all safety matters are in compliance with statutory, contractual & management system requirements
• To oversee and lead the Safety team in the implementation of company's safety system at project sites
• To conduct toolbox meetings
• Perform construction site safety inspections & attend site walks with client & subcons
• Identify unsafe work practice and work condition & recommend control measures to project team
• Prepare/Review Risk Assessment/SWP/Method Statement/Permit-to-Work for all project works. Manage and maintain/update these safety records & checklists
• Inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Support haze and pandemic activities
• Respond promptly to incidents & accidents

Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or its equivalent
• Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA
• Have a good knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Have excellent people management & interpersonal skills
