Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced safety professional to develop and maintain EHS policies and manage safety programs in a Singapore-based setting.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, conducting risk assessments, leading safety training, and driving continuous safety improvements across worksites.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in WSH, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant safety experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
• Advise project teams on risk control and safe work practices.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across worksites.
