Job summary

Just Safety Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive WSH Coordinator to lead daily toolbox meetings, communicate safety protocols, and drive a culture of safety across the site.

You will monitor regulatory compliance, conduct inspections, maintain records, and enforce rules. The role requires MOM WSH Coordinator certification and at least 3 years of Workplace Safety & Health experience, preferably in construction, with immediate readiness.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Qualified WSH Coordinator certification under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and updates, ensuring team engagement and awareness.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory workplace safety and health requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly to mitigate risks.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety rules and regulations to foster a culture of safety and prevent accidents.
• Maintain, update, and securely retain all relevant safety records and certificates in accordance with regulatory authority requirements.
