Job summary

A & B SCAFFOLD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated WSH safety assistant to support the WSH Officer in construction environments, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and reporting requirements.

The role involves monitoring safety practices, preparing daily/weekly observations, investigating incidents, conducting training, and performing regular site checks, with a minimum of 3 years in construction and a WSH certificate.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Holder of WSH certificate.
• Good knowledge of ISO and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to monitor, report, and investigate safety incidents.

• Prepare daily/weekly workplace safe/unsafe observation report
• Accident and incident investigation
• Report all incidents and accident as per site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol
• Conduct safety training for employees
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
• Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function
