Ehsan Marine Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our Tuas Boulevard Yard facility on a full-time basis.

You will implement, monitor, and maintain comprehensive health, safety and environmental standards across our marine services activities and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes protecting our workforce, fostering a strong safety culture, and coordinating risk assessments, incident investigations and safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a safety coordinator role (marine, construction or industrial preferred).
• Willing to work onboard when required to maintain safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in safety records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certs such as First Aid, Fire Safety or Environmental Awareness are advantageous.

About the role
Ehsan Marine Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility in the Tuas Boulevard Yard. This role is strategically important to our operations, as you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining comprehensive health, safety and environmental standards across our marine services activities. As Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in protecting our workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting regular risk assessments and hazard identification to identify potential safety concerns and recommending corrective and preventive actions

• Monitoring workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal safety standards

• Investigating accidents, incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing measures to prevent recurrence

• Maintaining comprehensive safety documentation, records and reports, including incident reports, safety audits and compliance audits

• Liaising with regulatory authorities and external safety consultants to ensure adherence to legal requirements

• Coordinating emergency preparedness drills and evacuation procedures to ensure workplace readiness

• Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to keep safety awareness at the forefront of operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a safety coordinator role, preferably in the marine, construction or industrial sectors

• Required to work onboard whenever necessary to ensure safety compliance and maintain safe working practices among the team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining safety records and documentation

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Fire Safety or Environmental Awareness are advantageous
