Job summary

CSP MAINTENANCE PTE LTD is seeking a Safety/Quality Officer to ensure EHS compliance across sites in Singapore. You will conduct inspections, prepare safety reports, investigate incidents, and support risk assessments and training while maintaining accurate records.

Minimum 2 years in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and knowledge of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) are required. A proactive team player with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in Quality, OHS & Environment.
• Advanced WSH Certification (Level B) or equivalent.
• BizSafe Level 2 and related risk management certs are an advantage.
• ISO IMS knowledge and MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety laws/regulations and other requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend practicable controls with safety reports.
• Measure and monitor site inspection performance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform accident / near-miss investigations and report findings with corrective actions.
• Review method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures including subcontractors.
• Coordinate and conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks and training.
• Update and keep safety records, incident reports and statistics.
• Assist to maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) via audits and documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company’s compliance to applicable environmental, occupational health and safety laws/regulations and other requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend reasonably practicable control measures through submission of safety reports to management.
• Measure and monitor the performance of site inspections and assist to follow-up on the corrective measures.
• Perform accident / near-miss investigations, and report findings with recommended corrective actions.
• Review company’s’ method statement, risk assessments and safe work procedures, including those of the subcontractors.
• Coordinate and conduct safety briefing, toolbox meeting and training.
• Update and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics.
• Assist to maintain company's Integrated Management System (IMS), system compliance through audits and documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

What we’re looking for

• Independent, detail-oriented, positive team player with a proactive attitude, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Min 2 years of working experience in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment.
• Min Advanced Certification in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
• Possess Bizsafe Level 2 - Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan Certificate and Manage Work At Height Certificate will be an advantage
• Knowledge on IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (words, excel, ppt).
• Willingness to travel from site to site.
• Possess Class 2 or 3 license and with own vehicle will be an advantage.
