Job summary

Ehsan Marine Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our Tuas Boulevard Yard facility on a full-time basis.

You will implement, monitor, and maintain comprehensive health, safety and environmental standards across our marine services activities and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes protecting our workforce, fostering a strong safety culture, and coordinating risk assessments, incident investigations and safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a safety coordinator role (marine, construction or industrial preferred).
• Willing to work onboard when required to maintain safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in safety records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certs such as First Aid, Fire Safety or Environmental Awareness are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards with corrective actions.
• Monitor workplace safety to ensure regulatory and internal standards.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; document findings and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety documentation, audits, and compliance records.
• Liaise with authorities and safety consultants on legal requirements.
• Coordinate emergency drills and evacuation procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to raise awareness.
