Singapore Public Service is seeking a job-ready candidate to support SACiNET, the digital platform for accreditation and assessment activities. The role focuses on operations, user support, data integrity, and continuous improvement across governance, procurement and project delivery.

You will liaise with SAC officers, CABs and IT vendors, document requirements, assist in UAT, and help deploy enhancements while maintaining dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI or related disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for SACiNET users, assessors and CABs.
• Manage and resolve user enquiries, incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and EnterpriseSG Digital on issue investigation and resolution.
• Maintain user accounts, access rights and system administration functions.
• Gather and document business requirements and support UAT and deployments.
• Support data management, reporting and dashboards for accreditation operations.
• Prepare training materials and conduct onboarding for SAC officers and CABs.
• Assist in governance meetings, project reviews and procurement-related activities.
• Maintain records and documentation relating to SACiNET governance.
