Job summary

SASCO SENIOR CITIZENS' HOME in Singapore seeks an IT professional to support day-to-day operations and enable digital initiatives across the organisation, ensuring reliable end-user services, secure systems, and effective use of AI and data.

You will provide end-user support, monitor systems, assist with AI tools deployment, create dashboards, manage intranet content, and maintain technical documentation, with a Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm schedule at Labrador Park.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of IT experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Exposure to AI tools, data visualization platforms, and content workflows.
• Understanding of PDPA and internal data handling practices.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support: Deliver responsive technical assistance to staff and departments.
• System Administration: Monitor and administer systems to ensure high availability.
• AI & Digital Innovation: Deploy and support AI tools and automation.
• Data Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Qlik, Talend).
• Content Management: Oversee video development, maintenance, and intranet.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain system diagrams and runbooks.
• General Duties: Support Head of IT to fulfil SASCO's mission.
