Job summary

PAN & COMPANY PTE. LTD. is looking for a solutions analyst to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and designs.

You will help shape cloud-native architectures and work with microservices, APIs and event-driven patterns while contributing to standards and decision-making. The role involves hands-on development, testing, deployment, CI/CD support, and IaC across cloud environments, along with issue debugging and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years IT experience in Business, Systems or Solution Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, process flows and solution designs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for cloud-native applications and microservices.
• Work with APIs, event-driven architectures and established tech standards.
• Hands-on development, testing and deployment using Ruby on Rails and databases.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments and Infrastructure as Code.
• Investigate, debug and fix production issues; improve stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, QA and UAT; communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation covering designs, configurations and APIs.

Job description

The role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, process flows and solution designs, while contributing to architectural decisions for cloud-native applications. This includes working with microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures to ensure solutions align with established technology standards and system architecture.

The position requires hands-on development, testing and deployment of applications and integrations, with experience in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL or MySQL. It also involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments and Infrastructure as Code, while conducting technical investigations, debugging production issues, implementing fixes, and improving application stability and performance.

The role will participate in code reviews, quality assurance and UAT, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to communicate solutions effectively. It also requires comprehensive technical documentation covering solution designs, configurations, processes, support procedures and APIs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–8 years of IT experience, particularly in Business, Systems or Solution Analysis.
