Job summary

Pan & Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Solution/Business Analyst who will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, process flows and solution designs for cloud-native applications.

The role involves hands-on development and deployment, with Ruby on Rails and relational databases, CI/CD, IaC, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years IT experience in business/systems analysis.
• Hands-on development, testing, and deployment of cloud-native apps.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to document solution designs, configurations, processes, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and solution designs.
• Develop, test, deploy and maintain cloud-native applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, QA and UAT, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Investigate issues, implement fixes, and improve system stability.
• Prepare technical documentation for designs, configs, and APIs.
