Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead RPA testing and UAT for client-facing platforms.

You will work with product, design, and tech teams to plan test scenarios and ensure timely release delivery. In this role, you will validate UiPath automation, user stories, and banking domain requirements, with strong emphasis on Agile practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in testing, experience with UiPath, JIRA, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science or relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in a testing role, preferably in a private banking set-up, with UiPath testing exposure.
Experience in UAT on digital or client facing platforms.
Experience in UAT on Web applications and testing iOS/android native apps.
Experience in RPA test automation; other automation tools considered an advantage.
Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage.
Experience in Banking and wealth management domain.
Good working experience using JIRA.
Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with different development & testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Work with business users to understand user requirements of Client Front End as per assigned by Product Owner
Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech teams to plan test scenarios, testing efforts & schedule
Ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects, from detailed test case creation to performing end to end testing during the UAT phase
Analyse test results, identify/log & prioritize defects to tech for issue resolution / defects
Design, develop, and deploy automated test flows using UiPath, integrating them into day-to-day testing processes.
Validate RPA bot logic, decision trees, system interactions, screen element recognition, and API/DB integrations.
Test and verify automation behaviors such as retries, exception management, queue processing, and failover handling.
