Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA professional with banking domain experience to lead end-to-end testing for web and mobile platforms. You will design and execute test scenarios, write JBehave cases, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include logging defects, generating testing reports, and contributing to training materials. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry.
• Experience with JBehave and agile project teams in banking.
• Good knowledge of Java and VBScript; Selenium or Appium for automation.
• Proficiency with JIRA and QA processes; strong stakeholder communication.
• Able to design end-to-end test scenarios and write test cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and detailed end to end test cases for the digital platform’s user acceptance testing.
• Able to write test cases in JBehave for Agile projects.
• Expert in using testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence to track project status.
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing in banking domain, with good time management and keen eye for details.
• Detect, report and track defects and coordinate with stakeholders for proper closure.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to complete tasks from clarification to issue closure.
• Maintain documentation and timely updates to project changes.
