Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an experienced Automation Tester Lead to shape the testing strategy and drive automation initiatives in the banking domain. You will lead a team responsible for both automation and manual testing, ensuring high-quality releases through effective planning, scripting, and reporting.

Key skills include TOSCA, Selenium, API automation, and strong communication to collaborate with a global team. Prior experience in loan origination or card processing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automation testing processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with the TOSCA Tool.
• Experience in the banking domain, particularly Loan Origination and Credit Card Processing.
• Familiarity with Selenium or other open-source automation tools.
• Solid API automation knowledge.
• Proven ability to prepare automation strategy and plans.
• Experience in test planning, execution and reporting.
• Experience in feasibility assessment and framework building.
• Experience in automation execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in leading an automation/manual testing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with a global team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing strategy and plan.
• Automation scripting and execution.

• Manual Test preparation, execution and reporting.
• Assess automation feasibility and contribute to framework building.
• Monitor automation execution and testing progress, and report on test results.
