Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented UAT tester to support Regional Corporate Account Services projects.

The role helps drive digitization and standardization of processes, policies, and systems to boost operational efficiency, client servicing, and controls in a banking context. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers to create and execute test cases, review requirements, plan schedules, and log defects.

Qualifications

Preferred 1–2 years in project teams.
Good understanding of banking processes and PM tools.
Independent and meticulous with strong problem-solving ability.
Excellent MS Office skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in the UAT testing lifecycle for assigned projects from test case creation to execution.
Review and validate project requirements with BAs and technical specialists.
Plan test schedules and write detailed test scenarios and cases.
Perform UAT testing for regional system enhancements and updates.
Identify, log, and prioritize defects for timely resolution.
Coordinate test environment setup and issue tracking with users and tech teams.
Contribute to user training materials and onboarding for new functionalities.
