Capital Group in Singapore offers a two-year Rotational Program for a Client & Product Track Associate. You’ll gain broad exposure across teams that connect Capital Group’s investment capabilities with clients and drive business growth through three rotations.

You’ll develop commercial acumen, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and support client engagement, product strategy, marketing, and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum GPA requirements vary by country; equivalent academic performance may be considered.
• Work authorization requirements vary by country; candidates should have or be able to obtain authorization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across Sales & Relationship Management, Business Management, Product Strategy, Marketing and Analytics.
• Support client engagement, product positioning, market insights, and long-term strategy development.
• Collaborate across teams to drive business growth and deliver client-focused solutions.
