Job summary

Capital Group in Singapore offers a two-year Business & Operations Track Associate program with three rotations across Investment Operations, Investment Enablement, and Global Business Services. You’ll develop analytical and project-management skills while supporting teams that power Capital Group’s operations.

Applicants should be analytical, collaborative, and data-driven, with solid Excel skills and a strong drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or 3.75/5.0, or equivalent).
• Work authorization to work in Singapore is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across Investment Operations, Investment Enablement, and Global Business Services.
• Partner with teams on business analysis, project management, and process improvements.
• Develop business acumen and contribute to strategic initiatives across enterprise functions.
• Engage in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy and formal development resources.
