Job summary

Capital Group invites you to join the Client & Product Track Associate program in Singapore. Over two years, you will rotate through three assignments, gaining exposure to teams delivering investment solutions, engaging clients and driving business growth.

You will develop commercial acumen, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and gain firsthand experience in client engagement, product strategy, marketing, analytics and business management.

Responsibilities

• Rotations may include opportunities in Sales & Relationship Management, Business Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales Enablement & Client Support.
• Support client engagement, business development and client service initiatives across rotations.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business operations and execution of key priorities.
• Support product positioning, competitive analysis, market insights and long-term product strategy.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, client communications, content development and events.
• Leverage research, business intelligence and data analysis to support decision-making and business outcomes.
• Gain exposure to other teams that contribute to client engagement, product development and business growth across Capital Group.
• Participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy and develop professional skills, business acumen and leadership.
